About the VFF
Resolute, Resourceful, Resilient
Resolute, Resourceful, Resilient
AIM: To bring together committed ex-military personnel from across the UK to peacefully and resolutely defend, secure, and enhance the individual freedoms that are being threatened, salami-sliced, and stolen by the state (and other bad actors).
Our AIM is clear and our commander the people - not the divvied up and ruled over groupings created by the parties and the manipulators. Hence the reliance of this organisation on being able to identify the true wishes of the people through their right to call for referendums on important issues, allowing the VFF to focus on the intelligent and measured defence of the Big 5 Freedoms.
Our intent is to concentrate on one of the five elements at a time, guaranteeing the maximisation of our efforts on the most important target of that moment. Our efforts can be re-focused at will, with the members of the organisation having direct control over the process - another unique feature of this group.
Former trooper or regimental sergeant major, sub lieutentant or admiral, we don't care. In this organisation your former rank is irrelevant, the leaders will be chosen for their effectiveness now, for their capabilities in the specific role of defending, securing, and enhancing the Big 5. So long as you signed up to potentially catch bullets, you can join - even if you were injured and discharged on Day 1 of training decades ago. You volunteered, you pulled on the uniform, you're in. Those without experience in uniform are welcome to support the group as volunteers - VFF(V).
From great communicators to exceptional organisers and IT whizzes, we must fill the posts with the best - the times demand nothing less: voting will be annual to ensure that we maintain standards and momentum. Posts will be unpaid, the return is solely the honour of continuing to openly defend this nation from our enemies, internal and external, covert and overt.
And honour there will be, as few are expected to step forward and lead. We will be blunt - reputations may be annihilated, financial ruin and physical destruction could follow, with only time, possibly, healing the wounds. You read the news, you know the score - joining the Free Speech Union might be a useful start.
Roles in the organisation will be defined and agreed upon by the members in 2025, with voting in January 2026 for 'the happy few' volunteering for the posts. Fortunately, this outfit has access to a blockchain-enabled secure voting platform that will allow members from anywhere in the world to vote on our policies, actions, and roles - and who will fill the latter. Other means could be used and, again, how voting is undertaken will be for the members to decide. Details to follow.
One day we will return to our cities and our shires, slumber once more and leave the nation freer, better, and happier. And there will be no more 'Tommy this, an' Tommy that', but there'll be shared memories of rising once more to the call. Whatever it takes.
This national movement encourages the veterans of other nations to do the same, forming troops at local and national levels to build a solid organisation from the ground up. "Brothers in arms" can then reach their hands across the seas to support each other in times of need, knowing that their aims are aligned and their intentions are good.
The VFF has been set up by a hacked off former Intelligence Corps Major, Neil Petrie, who retired in 1997. Neil Is the son of a sergeant in the RAF, and both of his brothers served in the army as well. The rot has to stop and the people are the only ones who can decide what the future of this nation is going to be. The parties have proved to be completely incapable (witting or not, you decide) of addressing the systemic problems affecting our country, so it's time the people took control. The Swiss have a semi-direct democracy using the referendum in a similar way to the one proposed above. They have been successfully utilising it since 1848 and Britain's great constitutional lawyer, A V Dicey, backed the system in the 1890s too, so it's time we took note of them and got on with ruling ourselves as well.
